Home-made muesli


  • 4 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup toasted wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup wheat bran
  • 1/2 cup oat bran
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds

Ladies you’re going to love this...all you have to do is mix it all up in a large bowl and serve with your favourite soy milk or yoghurt. You can then store it in a clean, airtight container and it’ll be perfect for a breakfast on the go.

It’s perfect for vegans too!
